  1. 1. Data storage

1.1 The controllers of your personal data are the Aider team, which includes Szymon Stasik (szymon.stasik1@gmail.com) and Natalia Fitowska (nfitowska@gmail.com). The Controller conducts the processing of your personal data.

1.2 Your personal data will be processed only for the purpose of transferring it to the person assigned to you during the performance of the task of read. reception or offering assistance. By agreeing to the terms of operation of the application, you accept the above section.

1.3 Providing the personal data indicated in the Aider application is necessary for the conclusion of the contract, in case of non-provision of data it is impossible to conclude a contract. 

1.4 Any user can at any time request the Controller to access his/her personal data, rectification, deletion or restriction of the processing of personal data and withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.

1.4 Each user agrees to process their personal data for the purposes necessary to implement the Aider application (in accordance with the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws). Set from 2018, item. 1000) and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR)

2. Rights and obligations of users using the application

2.1 Aider users are divided into two groups of users: volunteers and people in need. 

2.1.1 The volunteer's duties include:

A) completing a task he has taken up by accepting it in the application

B) a sound culture of words, deeds and proper

C) ensuring the safety of one's and the person in need of

D) where a person in need of a request is ticked in with payment assistance, i.e. a fee-related assistance request, the person in need of a request. when you shop or go to a pharmacy, the person in need is obliged to pay the volunteer the exact amount of purchases. Of course, if the volunteer did shopping before coming to the person in need. On the other hand, if the volunteer first went to the person in need of the money, he is obliged to take a receipt from the store, which is proof of purchase and handover to the person in need of the purchases made together with the proof of purchase and the rest. 

E) confirmation of completion of the task in the application 

F) a worthy representation of the community to which Aider users belong

2.1.2 It is the responsibility of the person in need: 

A) answering the phone from the volunteer

B) a sound culture of words, deeds and proper

C) keeping your and your volunteer safe

(D) where a request is made in the assistance related to the fees of the when you shop or go to a pharmacy, the person in need is obliged to pay the volunteer the exact amount of purchases. Of course, if the volunteer did shopping before coming to the person in need. On the other hand, if the volunteer first went to the person in need of the money, he is obliged to take a receipt from the store, which is proof of purchase and handover to the person in need of the purchases made together with the proof of purchase and the rest.

2.2 The administration of the Aider application, i.e. Szymon Stasik and Natalia Fitowska are NOT responsible for:

A) failure by a person in need or a volunteer to perform the task

B) vulgar or aggressive behavior, or the words of the person in need or volunteer

C) any behaviour threatening injury or loss of life  

D) loss of money or other personal belongings by a volunteer or person in need of
